Am I the only one who has completely run out of things to discuss?

It's extremely depressing.

Just about everything has been talked to death, or I'm having trouble thinking of topics to discuss, toy-related or not.
It's not fun, and it makes one feel out of place.
It may be I'm too concerned with whether or not people will be interested.
